5 STARS!!! Outstanding service for fair price!!! The inspector Bryan was very professional, super friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and even prompted for more. Very knowledgeable and he even explained everything to us step by step making sure that we understood his answers. He even brought snacks and beverages, more than enough for everyone there! He was very considerate and respectful, bringing booties (shoe covers) to put on before entering the house. Based on our experience with him the first time, we did not hesitate to hire him again for the second time! Would definitely hire again for future inspections. Highly recommended.

My husband and I found a house that we loved on a Sunday afternoon, and we had to move fast. Our offer was accepted on Tuesday morning, and that afternoon, Bryan was able to perform a home inspection on our behalf.

That same night, we received a detailed e-mail from Bryan and his team, and attached was a very thorough home inspection report.
